WEST FORK — Hollis O. Sullivan, 68, of West Fork died Dec. 27, 2006, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born April 15, 1938, in Merced, Calif., to Orval Edgar and Lula Cleo Gailey Sullivan. He was a barber, who operated West Fork Barber Shop since 1965.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby Logue Sullivan, to whom he was married Sept. 14, 1974; four brothers, Erskel Sullivan and wife Jo Ann of Denair, Calif., Ralph Sullivan and wife Penny of Grove, Okla., Dale Sullivan and wife Jeanne of Gentry and Larry Sullivan and wife Carol of Lewisburg, Kan.; four sisters, Helen Jech and husband Otto of Springdale, Dorpthy Trimm and husband Al of Turlock, Calif., Ruby Jones and husband Joel of Claremore, Okla., and Wilma Shelley and husband Phagan of West Siloam Springs, Okla.; nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville, online at www.mooresfuneralchapel.com. Burial will be in West Fork Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 901 N. University, Little Rock, 72707, or West Fork Public Schools, 359 School Ave., West Fork, 72774.
