Donald Wayne Sullivan, 59, of Springdale, died Friday, April 28, 1995, at Northwest Medical Center. Born April 12, 1936, at Prairie Grove, the son of John Henry and Dorothy Bea Wright Sullivan, he was a lifelong resident of the area, owned and operated a used car dealership and was a Protestant.
Survivors are his wife, Genevieve (Vee) Newlin Sullivan of the home; four sons, Russell Wayne Sullivan of Fayetteville, Douglas Sullivan of Prairie Grove, Scott Sullivan of Bentonville and Guy Sullivan of Springdale; two daughters, Sheryl Crisler of Springdale and Christy Sullivan of Fayetteville; a sister, Wanda Shumate of Springdale and eight grandchildren.
Funeral is at 2 p.m. Monday at Sisco Funeral chapel in Springdale with the Rev. David Watson officiating. Burial is in Friendship Cemetery. Visitation is from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. today.
Memorials may be made to the Northwest Arkansas Radiation Therapy Institute, 5835, W. Sunset, Springdale, 72762.
