Marcus Allen Shipp, age 23, of Cleveland, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2009. He was born June 17, 1986, in Morrilton, Arkansas. He worked for a pipeline company and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his father, Allen Shipp of Cleveland; step-mother, Tanya Shipp of Cleveland; mother and step-father, Susian Elane and Daren Yoder of Greenbrier; paternal grandparents, Alvin and Carolyn Shipp of Cleveland; maternal grandparents, Cecil and Sue Barnes of Center Ridge; two daughters, Lakynn Shipp and Emilee Lovell of Cleveland; sister, Kayla Shipp of Cleveland; brother, Jake Shipp of Cleveland; step-sister, Ashley Smith of Cleveland; two step-brothers, Nick Page of Cleveland and Chance Yoder of Greenbrier.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 28, 2009, at the Harding Street Church of Christ with Mr. Charles Bane officiating. Burial will be at Lost Corner Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday, September 27, at the funeral home.
