June 11, 1886 - April 1, 1967
Mrs. Arthur Bradley, Sr, 80, of 803 N. Jefferson Ave., died Saturday morning at an El Dorado Hospital following a brief illness. Mrs. Bradley was born in Heber Springs June 11, 1886, and was the daughter of Thomas Jefferson and Millie Mills Andrews. She moved from Conway to El Dorado in 1921 and was a partner in the Bradley Realty Co. She was a member of the First Methodist Church, the El Dorado Self Culture Club and the Centennial Garden Club. Survivors include her husband, Arthur Bradley, Sr; one son, Arthur Bradley, Jr of El Dorado; two daughters, Mrs. Charles H. Lewis of Strong, Mrs. Charles N. Burns of Smackover; one brother, Mills Andrews of Heber Springs; one sister, Mrs. B.F. McGuire of Amarillo, Tex. and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the First Methodist Church with Dr. Alvin Murry and Rev. David Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery under the direction of Rumph Mortuary. Active pallbearers will be Andy Stafford, Bert Adams, Milton Green, Claude Crumpler, Mack Hall and Leon McKinney.
