Harold E. Pruitt, 72, of Ozark died Saturday, March 31, 2012, in Ozark.
He was born Sept. 28, 1939, in Ozark.

He was a retired lineman and a Baptist.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at Oak Bend Baptist Church in Ozark with burial at Cemetery Ridge in Ozark under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home in Ozark.

He is survived by his wife, Jane; a daughter, Sandi Douglas of Oklahoma; a son, Johnny Pruitt of Ozark; a brother, Coy Pruitt of Ozark; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and four stepgrandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Brian Pruitt, Ken Belt, James and Ricky Shaw, Bobby Walker and William Cole.

Betty Jane Shaw Pruitt, 72, of Ozark, Arkansas died Sunday, January 31, 2016 at her son’s home in Ozark.
Jane was born April 12, 1943 in Ratcliff to Leon and Luella Walker Shaw.

She was a retired USDA Inspector for over twenty-five years, and a member of Oak Bend Baptist Church for 72 years. She was a self-taught musician and well renowned for her guitar, piano, and singing abilities. She was a member of the Oak Bend Trio traveling gospel group for over ten years. She was an upstanding Christian in both her community and her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Pruitt; her father, James Leon Shaw; two brothers, Kello and Jackie Shaw; and a sister, Jerri Nell Shaw.

She is survived by her mother, Luella Shaw of Ratcliff, Arkansas; a daughter, Sandi Douglas of Oklahoma; a son, Johnny Pruitt of Ozark; thirteen grandchildren; and twenty-one great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Oak Bend Baptist Church with Brother Carroll Squires officiating and burial at Cemetery Ridge Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.

Serving as pallbearers are Brian Pruitt, Ricky, Michael, David, Jamie, and Danny Shaw. Honorary pallbearers are James Shaw, Dale, T.J., Bobby D. and Jerry Walker, Fred Brewer, and Kenny Hurt.
