Merle Inez Weaver, 82, of Vilonia, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2007 at Golden Living Center in Heber Springs.
She was born June 17, 1925, in Vilonia to the late Marvin and Lola Tucker Middleton. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Orland Weaver.
She is survived by her children, Steve Weaver and wife Vickie of Rogers, and Ann Manson and husband Harold of Vilonia; her grandchildren, Lisa Ussery (Robby) of Vilonia, Derek Weaver (Amanda) of Bentonville, Jody Lawrence (Kelly) of Vilonia, Scotty Lawrence (Lana) of Vilonia, Lindsay Lawrence of Little Rock and Stacy Wilmoth of Bentonville; her great-grandchildren, Dustin Reeves, Austin Hightower, Taylor Anderson, Katy Jo Lawrence, Alison Stewart, Talyn Lawrence, Kyler Wilmoth, Garrett Wilmoth, MecKenzie Weaver and Cassia Weaver.
She is also survived by her brother, Jerry Middleton of Kanab, Utah.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Vilonia and a graduate of Vilonia High School. She was former owner of Weavers Veterans' Home in Vilonia.
Funeral service will be Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Vilonia with Bro. John Hamby and Bro. Sam Bailey officiating. Burial will follow at Vilonia Cemetery.
Visitation is Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.
Pallbearers will be grandsons; Derek Weaver, Jody Lawrence, Scotty Lawrence, Robby Ussery, Dustin Reeves and Austin Hightower. Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons; Kyler Wilmoth and Garrett Wilmoth.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
