Mary Louise Bailey, 89, of North Little Rock died Sunday, December 16, 2007 in North Little Rock. She was born September 5, 1918 in El Dorado, Arkansas. She attended Central Baptist College and the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, was a member of Park Hill Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school for many years. Her other memberships included the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Colonial Dames of the seventeenth century, Huguenot Society and the Magna Carta Dames.
She is survived by her husband of 72 years, John P. Bailey, of North Little Rock; one son, John Paul Bailey and wife, Lyla, of North Little Rock; daughter, Marianne Wilcox and husband, Frank, of Monroe, Louisiana; four grandchildren, Blake Wilcox, Missy McNabb, Kate Smith and Taylor Bailey and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Park Hill Baptist Church, 201 East �C� Street, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72116 or Salvation Army, 1505 West 18th Street, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 A.M., Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Luke Flesher officiating. Private graveside service will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Conway.
