Ivo Lavelle Morgan, 82, of Conway, passed away October 2, 2011. He was born May 4, 1929, in McGehee, Arkansas, to the late Ivo L. and Matilda (Reigler) Morgan. Mr. Morgan was an Army Veteran, having served in the Korean War. He received two Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart as a result of his service. He was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, in Conway. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by one sister, Louise Hooker.

Mr. Morgan is survived by his wife, Ida Rose Morgan; a daughter, Mary Ann Rains (Steve); three sons, Christopher, Ivo, Jr. and Steven (Lori); one brother, Fredrick Morgan (Mary Ruth); five granddaughters, two grandsons; and nine great grandchildren.

Mr. Morgan's visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, October 4, 2011, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, in Conway. His funeral service will be at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 5, 2011, in the Chapel of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, with Pastor Peter Ave-Lallemant officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
