Gwinna Elizabeth "Betty" Morgan, 87, of Perryville died Wednesday, November 30, 2005. She was born November 9, 1918 in Greenway, AR to the late Charles Stokes and Wrennie Smith Stokes. She was the widow of Elvin G. Morgan Sr. and a member of Temple Missionary Baptist Church in Perryville.
She is survived by a son, Elvin Gordon Morgan, Jr. of Perryville; sister, Vera McKinney of Dallas; a brother, Joe Stokes of Conway; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Carolyn Mack and Mary Ann Morgan and a sister, Judy Perry.
Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Temple Missionary Baptist Church in Perryville with Bro. Elvin Gordon Morgan, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Roller McNutt Funeral Home Conway. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Steven and Allen Mack, Jeffrey Starks, Jason Rankin, Chris Boudreaux and Richard Hayes.
