Barbara Garrett Land, 70, of Holland passed away Friday, September 29, 2006 at her residence.
She was born November 13, 1935 in Springhill to the late Clarence and Ollie Hall Garrett. Barbara was a member of Oakland United Methodist Church and an animal lover.
She is preceded in death by her husband Travis Land and a brother Edward Garrett.
Survivors include a daughter Dixie Land of Little Rock, a sister Connie Fortner of North Little Rock, nephew Matthew Garrett of Griffen, GA, niece, Judy Payne of Hampton, GA, and nephew Shawn McMoran of Little Rock.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 2, 2006 at Oakland United Methodist Church, Holland with Rev. Chris Allen officiating. Burial will follow in Henderson Cemetery. A Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Roller McNutt Funeral Home, Greenbrier.
