Elbert Lee Sharp, 71, of West Memphis, died Oct. 4, 2006, at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis.

He was a retired maintenance supervisor for St. Francis Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Albert Sharp.

Survivors include his wife, Joy Jean Brown Sharp; two sons, Terry Sharp, Little Rock, and Tim Sharp, Clarkedale; his mother, Louise Davis, Saffell; a sister, Carolyn Huskey, Saffell; three brothers, Albert Sharp, Mountain Home, Delbert Sharp, Memphis, and Dennis Sharp, Saffell; and two grandchildren, Jonathon Lee Sharp and Cameron William Sharp.

Funeral was Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Roller-Citizens Chapel in West Memphis. Burial was in Powhatan Cemetery under the direction of Roller-Citizens Funeral Home of West Memphis.
