Freddie Griffin passed from this life to her heavenly home on February 3, 2018 at the age of 103. She was born December 13, 1914 to Joseph Patrick and Virgie Harrington. Freddie was a lifelong member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Greenbrier. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband of 65 years, RD Griffin, daughter, Juanita Griffin, son, Jackie Griffin, brothers, Eldridge Harrington, Ferrell Harrington, John V. Harrington, Russell Harrington, grandchildren, Chance Griffin and Vance Griffin.
Freddie is survived by her son, Mackie Griffin, daughter, Geneva Brannan, and brother, Prentice Harrington (105 years old), seven grandchildren, Stacy Brannan, Monica Lowe, Christian Brannan, Courtney Toler, Cole Griffin, Kenney Griffin, and Kyle Griffin and great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday February7, 2018 at 1:00PM at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier with Gaylon King and John V. Harrington Jr. officiating. Visitation will start at 12:00PM one hour prior. Burial will follow at Faith Baptist Cemetery in Greenbrier.
Pallbearers will be Stacy Brannan, Christian Brannan, Kyle Griffin, Cole Griffin, Kenney Griffin, Jordan Cato, Todd Cardin, and Gary Lowe.
