Funeral for Edgar Carlton Price, 58, 5305 W. 29th, treasurer of Kinset Industires, Inc. and who died Thursday in a Conway hospital, will be conducted tomorrow at 3 p.m. in McNutt Funeral Home Chapel in Conway by Cleon Lyles. Burial will be in Copperas Springs Cemetery in Guy. He was formerly executive vice president of Capital City Business College in Little Rock and had been superintendent of schools in Greenway and Yellville. He served as school principal in Bradley for several years. He was born in Guy and received a bachelor's degree from Harding College in Searcy and a master's degree from the University of Arkansas. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors, include his widow, Mrs Lucille Hall Price; three sons, M-Sgt. Durward E. Price with the U. S. Army in Germany, Billy J. Price of Little Rock and Raymond Hall Price of Midland, Tex.; six daughters, Mrs. D. E Schultz of Bowling Green, Ky., Mrs. Ned O'Kelley of Conway, Mrs. Leon Young of Travis Air Force Base, Calif., Mrs. Sam Garrett of Louisville, Ky., and Miss Alta Grace Price of Port Arthur, Tex.; eight brothers, R. F. Price of North Little Rock, John C. Price of Searcy, Orville O. Price of Washington, H. W. Price of Conway, J. D. Price of Memphis, H. L Price of Cisco, Tex., and Faber D. Price of California; a sister, Mrs. Nerine Srumate of Conway; 17 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
