It is with a heavy heart that we share that our special Aunt and Sister Ruby Celestia Price departed this earth on her Heavenly journey, on Thursday, July 28. She was born March 13, 1935, on a cotton sharecropper farm in Republican, Arkansas. She was a long time member of the Trinity United Methodist Church and member of the Rose City community in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Celestia spent many years as a home health aide for St. Vincent Infirmary, caring for others. She loved her God, her family, and her dogs.
She is home now in Heaven with her parents, Virgil and Ruby Price, and sister Dorothy Heffington. We will miss her greatly.
She leaves to honor her memory her sister, Nell Stephens, and her nieces, Rhonda Cronkhite, Sharon Rettstatt, and Patricia Williams.
Graveside services will be held at Republican Community Cemetery in Republican, AR (just past Greenbrier), on Monday, August 1, 2016, at 10:00 a.m.
