1860 - 1900
Asentha Ann Pearson Ross was born in Choctaw County, Mississippi in March 1861. She was the daughter of Charles W Pearson and Sarah P Childs. Her parents both died when she was very young. She moved to Monroe County, Arkansas with her grandfather, Thomas Joseph Childs about 1870. After he died, she moved with her uncle Llewellyn Moore Lewis Childs to Galena, Polk County (now Howard), Arkansas. There she met and married Hugh Robert Ross in 1878. She died at age 39 in 1900.
