SPRINGDALE — Richard Eugene Ferguson, 51, of Springdale died March 21, 2004, at his home. He was born Jan. 29, 1953, in Springdale to Earl Wayne and Doris Jean Johnson Ferguson. He lived most of his life in Springdale and graduated from Fayetteville West Campus. He was an Army veteran, based in Germany. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and was a member of the Northwest American Hunting Club and the National Rifle Association.
Survivors include his mother of the home; two brothers, Ralph Wayne Ferguson of Fayetteville and Kenneth Lee Ferguson of Huntsville; one sister, Pricilla Jean Ferguson of Springdale.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs with the Rev. Mike Martin officiating. Burial will follow in White Oak Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
