Alice Elizabeth Yates Henry was the daughter of John Wesley and Sarah Ross Yates. Remmel McKinley Henry was the son of Angell Tate and Tiny Shofner Henry. Remmel and his father, A.T., were owners of the A.T. Henry Abstract Company. His son, Winfred Dale Henry Sr. owned the company after his father died in 1967 until he retired in 1982.
