Angell Tate Henry was the son of James Edward and Sarah Virginia Farris Henry. He was the proprietor of the A.T. Henry Abstract Company in Nashville, Arkansas. He served as Howard County Judge during the 1940s. He also served as Superintendent of the Nashville School District and was the first mayor of the City of Dierks, Arkansas.
