RICHARDSON, Jane - {from Wheeler} Mrs. Jane Richardson, consort of Wm. Richardson, died on the night of the 10th inst. after an extreme suffering of more than three weeks. Mrs. Richardson was about 63 years of age. She was well beloved by all her neighbors, was a member of the Primitive Baptist church and a devout christian. She had lived long enough to see all of her children arrive to the years of maturity, all of whom witnessed the death of their loving and beloved mother, it being the first time that death had entered the family circle, as a matter of course it was a serious trial to undergo.
