ROGERS — Janice Deloise York, 61, of Rogers, Ark., died Sunday, Aug. 14, 2011, at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers. She was born July 23, 1950, in Birmingham, Ala., to Roger Milton Blaylock and Syble Crawford Blaylock.
She was a loving spouse and mom.
Janice was preceded in death by father.
She is survived by her husband, David H. York; one son, David Craig York and wife, Wendy, of Dallas, Texas; mother, Syble Marie Sharp of Warrior, Ala.; one brother, Larry Blaylock and wife, Jeanette, of Hayden, Ala.; two sisters, Joan Bradford and husband, James, of Warrior, Ala., Sue Winnett and husband, Horace, of Fultondale, Ala.; and half brother, Tom Sharp of Tuscaloosa, Ala.
A celebration of Janice's life will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2011, at Stockdale Funeral Services in Rogers.
Memorials may be made in honor of Janice to any Humane Society.
