Mary Marzee Chancey, 79, of Helena, Arkansas passed away Saturday, October 30, 2010. Mrs. Chancey was born November 28, 1930 to the late Julian Walker and Dixie Lee Walker in Grand Rivers Kentucky.

Mrs. Chancey received her nursing degree at Phillips County College and worked as a R.N. for over 40 years. She was of the Baptist Faith and was a member of West Helena Baptist Church.

Mrs. Chancey is survived by 2 sons, Andy Coats (Evelyn) of Indian Bay and Darrel Chancey (Becky) of Heber Springs; 2 daughters, Janice Spakes (Larry) of Helena and Tammy Baldwin (Monroe) of Lynchburg, Virginia; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.

Mrs. Chancey was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Chancey; 2 brothers, Delmas Walker and Kenneth Walker; and a sister, Hilda Taylor.

Pallbearers will be grandsons, Shan Coats, Chad Coats, and Brian Ward, Elmer Smith, Charles Johnson and Blake Johnston. Honorary Pallbearers are grandsons, Dustin King, Bryan King, and Dylan Baldwin, great-grandson, Michael Coats, and Michael Tharp and Derek Oberle.

Services will be Wednesday, November 3, 2010, at 10 a.m., at Roller-Citizens Chapel with Reverend Dusty Rhodes officiating. Burial in Sunset Memorial Park, West Helena. Visitation is from 5-7 Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010 also at the chapel.
