Randy Dewayne Vaughan, 50, of Sonora died July 3, 2006, at his home. He was born Dec. 20, 1955, in Springdale to Thurman and Oney Johnson Vaughan. He was a diesel mechanic and member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Springdale.
He is survived by his wife Tawana Canard Vaughan of the home, whom he married May 25, 1990; his parents of Sonora; one son, Randy C. Vaughan of Springdale; two brothers, Jerry Vaughan and wife Cathy, and Rick Vaughan and wife Tracy, all of Sonora; his father and mother-in-law, Ed and Pat Canard of Rogers; and brother and sister-in-law, Eric and Cindy Canard of Rogers. He was also blessed with an abundance of nieces and nephews and a large loving and caring circle of family and friends.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 6, at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale, with the Rev. Gary Burney officiating. Burial will be in Sonora Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Rick Vaughan, Jerry Vaughan, Joe Keeney, Eric Canard, Brian Edwards and Chris Barnes.
Visitation will be from 3:30 to 8 p.m. today, July 5, with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m.
Memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale 72762.
