Springdale, June 12-(Special) - Funeral services for Mrs. Elma Della Vaughan, 38, who died Saturday morning at Booneville, were to be held today at 2 p.m. at the Goshen Methodist Church, by the Rev. Catherine Farrell of the Goshen church, assisted by the Rev. James Overton, pastor of the Bentonville Baptist Church. Burial was in the Goshen cemetery under direction of Callison-Sisco Funeral Home.
Mrs. Vaughan was born March 31, 1912, at Goshen, and had spent most of her life there.
Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John H. Gayer of Fayetteville; one son, Thurmond Vaughan, Jr., of Siloam Springs; three brothers, Charlie, Chester, and Lawrence Gayer, all of Fayetteville; and one sister, Mrs. H.W. Garrett, Bentonville.
