Owing to the late arrival of J.P. Nelson, son of the late John Nelson, the funeral of the latter, which was announced for Saturday, was postponed till Sunday p.m. In spite of the inclement weather there was a large attendance, crowding the Fairmount schoolhouse to its utmost capacity. The sermon was preached by Elder J.W. West of Gravette.
