Died February 2, 1990, Harrison, Boone County, Arkansas.
Daughter of Samuel & Rebecca Stidum Langdon.
Wife of William David Napier.

Vesta Napier, 88, of Harrison, died Friday (Feb 2, 1990) at North Arkansas Medical Center of Harrison. She was a former resident of Norfork.
Mrs. Napier was born Feb 28, 1901, at Leslie County, KY, the daughter of the late Samuel and Rebecca Stidum Langdon.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Napier, in 1955, and by one step son, two sons, one daughter, two brothers and three sisters.
She was a member of the Sidney Baptist Church at Sidney, AR and was a retired homemaker.
Survivors include three sons, Robert Napier of Lawton, OK, Earl Napier of Sidnery, AR and Ashford Napier of Old Joe; four daughters, Ruby Hicks of Harrison, Elizabeth Napier of Sidney, Glenda Brumfield of Lexington, KY and Cloe K. Smith of Crossville, TN; one sister, Martha Brandenburg of Middleton, OH; 24 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be today at Roller Funeral Home for 9AM until 9PM with the family receiving friends from 6PM until 8PM.
Services for Mrs. Napier will be at 2PM Tuesday at the Old Galatia Church at Norfork. The Rev. Price Lovelace will officiate.
Pallbearers will include Wayne Brumfield, David Brumfield, Jerry Lee Napier, Scott Napier, Donald Perry and Tom Hicks.
Burial will be Galatia Cemetery.
