The name and death dates are rather clear on this gravestone. There is not a birth date inscribed. It may be that the grave marks the grave of an infant that died shortly after birth. There is also a possibility that this is the grave of Helphea Napier who is recorded in the Arkansas Death Index as having died December 29, 1915, in Baxter County.
