ROGERS — Susan Annette Stacy, 58, of Rogers passed away Oct. 5, 2020. She was born Dec. 26, 1961, in Rogers, the daughter of the late Albert Jackson "Jack" and Jo Ann Maxwell Shelton.

Susan enjoyed camping, racing, spending time planting flowers and gardening. Susan loved everyone and had such a big heart.

She is survived by husband Dannie Stacy of the home; sisters Sheryl Carroll of Rogers, Vena Cupp of Van Buren and Jo Belle Creekmore of Rogers and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, 2020, at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers. Interment will follow in the Scott Cemetery, Pea Ridge. Online condolences to www.bentoncountyfuneralhome.com.

Pedestrian killed in accident

ROGERS — A Rogers woman died Monday evening after being hit by a car.

Susan Stacy, 58, was in a car in the turn lane in the 2800 block of West Walnut Street at 7:28 p.m. when she got out of the car, according to a fatal accident report from the Arkansas State Police.

A 2008 Ford Explorer hit a 2003 Toyota Camry that hit Stacy after she got out of her car, according to the report.

The occupants of the Explorer and the driver of the Camry weren't injured, according to the report.
