March 8, 1933 - September 23, 2014
Bonnie Voss Baker, age 81, of Malvern passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at the Arkansas Heart Hospital. She was born March 8, 1933, in Willow, Arkansas the daughter of Levi and Pearl Fite Voss. Bonnie was retired from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and was of the Methodist faith.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Holly Dianne Baker, siblings, Dianne Harton, Harold Voss, Carroll Voss, Bernice Anderson and Audrey Bass.
Survivors include her husband, to whom she married on April 2, 1954, Lyndal “Lefty” Baker of Malvern; daughter, Rebecca L. Baker of Franklin TN; grandson, Garrett Elliott Jackson; childhood friend, Francis Jackson; sister-in-laws, Julia Voss and Laurice Voss; brother-in-law, Don Baker (Dottie) and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Thursday, September 25 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Regency Funeral Home.
Graveside Services will be Friday, September 26 at 10:00am at Rockport Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Reverend Dooley Fowler officiating.
The family would like to thank Bonnie's special niece, Denise Kutait, for her love and care.
Memorials can be made to St. Paul United Methodist, East Mill and Cherry Lane, Malvern.
Arrangements are by Regency Funeral Home.
