Wallace B. Williams, 94, of Van Buren, died Friday, April 18, 2003, at his home. He was born on February 24, 1909 to Charles and Vera Wallace Williams.
He was a retired assistant Postmaster of the Van Buren Post Office, a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Van Buren and a member of the National Association of Federal Employees. After retiring, he worked in his backyard wood working shop where he and Anna made wood souvenirs and wood trinkets.
He is survived by his wife, Anna; two daughters, Martha Hartman of Fort Worth, Texas, Faye Weeks of Fort Smith; a brother, John Williams of Fayetteville; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral service was held April 21 at Ocker Funeral Home Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Fairview Cemetery in Van Buren.

Anna Goodwin Williams, 94 of Van Buren, Arkansas died Tuesday, March 27, 2007 in a local hospital. She was a retired Manager for the Boston Store Book Store and a member of the Crawford County Cuties and the Rena ECH Club, a member of the First Presyterian Church in Van Buren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Williams.
She is survived by two daughters, Faye Weeks of Fort Smith, and Martha Hartman of Fort Worth, Texas, Five grandchildren, Barbara Morgan, Katie Monk, Niki Sue, William Westfall, Wendell Westfall and seven great grandchildren.
Pallbearers: Ernie Vaugh, Dale Brasuell, John Starks, Craig Henderson, Andy Neal, John Rotert
Honorary Pallbearers: E.K. Rowland, Willis Campbell, Clay Hampton Brasuell, Bill Johnson, David Martin, Tom Martin.
