Paul Baskin, loving husband, father, and grandfather, died on May 4, 2009, at the age of 80. He was born on October 3, 1928, at Harmony, Arkansas, to the late James Randolph and Lizzie May (Basham) Baskin. He was a retired USDA Inspector, a retired poultry producer, a 32nd Degree Mason, and a member of the Harmony Church.

Paul leaves behind his wife, Bethel (Drummond) Baskin; two sons, James Baskin and Douglas Baskin and his fiancée, Kelly Reed, all of Clarksville, Arkansas; one brother, James "Jack" Baskin of Kansas City, Missouri; two grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

Paul is preceded in his death by his parents; three brothers, Eugene, John, and David Baskin; and two sisters, Lottie Bean and Theda Cobb.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, May 6, 2009. The funeral service will be will b at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 7, 2009, at the Roller-Cox Funeral Chapel, with Reverend Amos Pledger officiating. Burial will follow in the Harmony Cemetery, in Clarksville.

Pallbearers will be Phillip Cato, Mike Harris, Larry Baskin, Randy Baskin, Bobby Gene Bean, Truman Dean Drummond, Troy Burl Stout, and Gary Baskin.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Larry Hughes and Bill Sampley.

All arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home of Clarksville (479) 754-2201.

Bethel Marie Baskin, 76, of Harmony, passed away January 27, 2014. She was born March 5, 1937, in Bidville, Arkansas, to Tate and Mary (Sheperd) Drummond. Bethel enjoyed quilting, sewing, watching "Days of Our Lives", fishing, taking care of the cattle, gardening, watching the deer and calves play.
Bethel is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Paul, seven brothers and sisters.

Mrs. Baskin is survived by her Sons, James Baskin of Harmony, Doug Baskin and Kelly Reed of Clarksville, Granddaughters, Dawnya and her husband Jim Parr of Bethel Heights, Jessica and her husband Phillip Cato of Coal Hill, Great Grandchildren, Justice Cato and Mackenzie Cato, of Coal Hill and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Thursday, January 30, 2014, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home. Mrs. Baskin's funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 31, 2014, in the Roller-Cox Chapel with Burnett King officiating. Burial will follow in the Harmony Cemetery with Jim Parr, Phillip Cato, Randy Baskin, Troy Stout and Waymond Stout, and Larry Baskin serving as Pallbearers, and Clyde Patterson, Bill Sampley, Bob Bean, and Ruus Stout serving as Honorary Pallbearers.
