December 26, 1898 - March 23, 1969
Mrs. Myrtle Barnett Rogers, 70, Rt. 3, died unexpectedly Sunday afternoon. Born Dec. 26, 1896, in Malvern, Ark., she was the daughter of Elizabeth Clift and John Barnett. She was a member of the Calion Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, F. A. Rogers, El Dorado; one daughter, Mrs. Robert H. Combs, Owensboro, Ky.; one son, William B. Rogers, El Dorado; one sister, Miss Maggie Barnett, El Dorado; one brother, John Barnett, Pueblo. Colo.; six grandchildren. Funeral services will be announced by Young's. (El Dorado Times - March 24, 1969)
