Louis Cleveland Bishop Jr, 76, of Rogers passed away Thursday, June 13, 2019. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on October 31, 1942 to the late Ruth Alberta Ward Bishop and Lewis Cleveland Bishop Sr. Mr. Bishop was also preceded by his sister, Patricia Reeves. For several years he owned and operated Ark-Mo Services in Springdale, a sheet metal fabrication firm, from which he retired. Louis enjoyed hunting, traveling, time logged as a private pilot; but loved the time shared with his family. For nearly 60 years he was the loving husband of his high school sweetheart, Phyllis Dawn Medlin Bishop, who survives. Other survivors include his sons, Michael Bishop, and wife, Teri of Springdale, Jeffrey Bishop and Louis Bishop III both of Rogers; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; numerous extended family members, business associates and dear friends. Services will be Wednesday, June 19, 2019 with Visitation beginning at 1:00pm and his Memorial Service at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.
