Lorraine Alice Friedman,, 77, of Huntsville, Arkansas, died July 16, 2010 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born October 11, 1932 at Waukegan, Illinois, the daughter of John Emmert and Hilma Cecelia Fallos Anderson.
She had retired from Butterball Turkey Company in Huntsville and was an Episcopalian.
She was the widow of Lawrence Edward Friedman, Jr. who preceded her in death on July 10, 1997. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Teresa Lynne Friedman, two brothers, Kenneth Anderson and John Anderson, one grandson, Jason Paul Haney and one great-grandson, Hunter Smith.
Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Gerald E. and Patty Friedman of Tontitown, Arkansas; two daughters and sons-in-law, Virginia S. and Michael Haney of Huntsville, Arkansas and Linda M. and Larry Smith of Marble, Arkansas; two sisters, her twin, Leone Macier of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Dorothy Richardson of Gages Lake, Illinois; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A. M. Monday, July 19, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with The Reverend Gary Faulkner officiating. Interment will be in the Huntsville Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Travis Smith, Billy Friedman, Jacob Meckem, Phillip Chandler, Matt Sparks and Randy Clark. Honorary pallbearers will be: Danny Ray, Jeff Ramsey, J. C. Thomas, Dale Grigg and Tommy Lewis. The family will receive friends from 2:00 P. M. to 4:00 P. M. on Sunday at the funeral home.
