Louise Minor, 95, of Huntsville, Arkansas, died December 19, 2012 at Meadowview Healthcare and Rehab in Huntsville. She was born June 25, 1917 at Huntsville, Arkansas, the daughter of Lewin and Dora Cluck Gilliam. She was a homemaker and a member of the Huntsville Church of Christ. She was the widow of Obia Minor who preceded her in death on July 23, 1972. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Ronnie Minor and Wilburn Minor, three brothers, Harry Gilliam, Harley Gilliam and Bill Gilliam and two sisters, Shirley Phillips and Jessie Phillips.
Survivors include: two daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and O. D. Reynolds and Harriet and Charlie McChristian, all of Huntsville, Arkansas; one sister and brother-in-law, Janelle and H. L. Parson of Springdale, Arkansas; one sister-in-law, Blondie Gilliam of Huntsville, Arkansas; two grandsons, David Cline of Huntsville, Arkansas and Obia Minor of Fayetteville, Arkansas; two granddaughters, Stacy Houston and Heather Thomas, both of Huntsville, Arkansas and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P. M. Friday, December 21, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with Brother Todd Thomas and Larry Combs, Minister officiating. Interment will be in the Huntsville Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Jeff Houston, Skylar Houston, David Pemberton, Todd Thomas, David Cline and Obia Minor.
