SPRINGDALE — Luellen Virginia Burch Douthit (Morio), 86, of Springdale died Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at Circle of life Hospice in Springdale. She was born Jan. 5, 1926, in Lowell, Ark, to lack and Mandy E. Mensch Bunch.

She worked for 20 plus years for Tyson Foods at the plant on Randall Road. She was Protestant and believed in Jesus Christ. She liked gardening, sewing, quilting, canning and she loved plants particularly gladiolas and her favorite color was lavender.

She was preceded in death by her first husband of 39 years, Truman M. Douthit and her second husband, Michael Morio; three daughters, Norma Jean, Verna
Lee and Wanda Louise Douthit.

She is survived by two sons, Harold Douthit and wife Cynthia of Elm Springs and Bobby Douthit and wife Vickie of Lowell; her stepchildren, Beth Miller and husband James of Fayetteville; one stepson, Mike Morio of Heber Springs and Shirley Ann Charrs of Arizona; one brother, Wesley Burch of Delphos, Kan.; 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale with Rabbi Cynthia Douthit officiating. Burial will be in Silent Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Silent Grove Cemetery Fund, 5069 Old Wire Road, Springdale, Arkansas 72764.
