BILLIE MS. BILLIE JEAN WILKINS, 67 passed away Thursday, January 7, 2010 at her Jacksonville home. She was born April 20, 1942 in North Little Rock to the late Elva Lee Williams and Cecil G. Flippen Williams. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one daughter-in-law Sasha Wilkins. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in North Little Rock. Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Donald Wilkins; children, Donnie and his wife Heather, Kerry and his wife Melissa, Shane and Shawn Wilkins; one sister, seventeen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and very special friends, Henry and Linda Cook, Linda Anthony, Ms. Cindy Cecil, Ms. Alice Lukas, and Ms. Evonne Amerine A special niece Vicky Lynn Strain, and sister-in-law Anne White. Pallbearers are three grandsons; Kerry Lee Wilkins, Michael Bradley Wilkins, and Nick Howell, three nephews; Gary White, Curtis White, and David Strain, five honorary pallbearers; Jimmy Chapman, Christopher Barnhart, Joey Barnhart, Paul Baker, and Matt Lovell. Funeral services will be 9:00 a.m., Monday, January 11, 2010 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home Chapel with Randall White officiating. Interment will follow at Cypress Valley Cemetery in Vilonia. Visitation will be 4:00 6:00 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home. Arrangements are under direction of Moores Jacksonville Funeral Home (501) 982-2136.
