*Linda Faye Allen was born at University Hospital in LIttle Rock, Arkansas on July 22, 1948. Her parents were Jake Trafton Allen (my father) and Louise Tullar both born in Faulkner County, Arkansas. She died October 29, 1953 at Arkansas Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. She and her brother were playing with matches and her dress caught on fire causing 2nd and 3rd degree burns on 75% of her body. It happened at our grandparents house where she was living in Cabot. According to the death certificate she lived 14 hours before she died.
