BRAMMER, Joseph W. - Joseph W. Brammer died Friday night at his home on East Walnut street at 7:45 after an illness of several weeks, the result of a stroke of paralysis. He was 78 years, one month and four days old. Funeral services were held at the residence Sunday afternoon at three o'clock and were conducted by Rev. J.W. Shockley of the Christian church. Interment was in the city cemetery. Mr. Brammer had been a resident of Rogers for thirty years, coming here from Iowa. He was for many years in the iron and junk business on the east side and only gave it up when stricken down by paralysis some time ago. He is survived by his widow and five children, one daughter, Mrs. Ida Evans of Sedalia, Mo.; J.E. Brammer of near Van Buren; and B.F. Brammer, O.M. Brammer and P.A. Brammer, Rogers.
