Mrs. Lettie May Pitts Unger, 78, of Fayetteville died Sunday in a local hospital. Born Jan. 28, 1895, she was the daughter of Charles and Lena May Rose Pitts and a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include five sons, Lee of Bell Gardens, Calif., Rev. Ray Unger of Shady Point, Okla., Denver and Buster, both of Fayetteville and Mack of Springdale; five daughters, Mrs. Alice Cummings of Gatesville, Tex., Mrs. Mae McCord of Kansas City, Kans., Mrs. Sarah Gage and Mrs. Bessie Logue, both of Fayetteville and Mrs. Nettie Courtney of West Fork; 31 grandchildren and 53 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. at the First Assembly of God Church with burial in the Shady Grove Cemetery in Morrow under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
