Mrs. Susie Evalon (Eva) Guthrie, 84, former Prairie Grove resident, died in a Siloam Springs nursing home Sept. 15. Born Feb. 14, 1890, at Cane Hill, she was the daughter of William and Elizabeth Stover Tyree.
Survivors include two stepsons and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held today at 2 p.m. at New Hope Cemetery, with Rev. Harold Bartholomew officiating. Burial was in New Hope Cemetery under direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove.
