Wanda Elizabeth Harrison, 84, of Huntsville, died on Oct. 17, 2010, at the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born on May 7, 1926, at Huntsville, the daughter of Daniel Arthur and Siotha (Dorsey) Laird. She was a homemaker and a member of the Hilltop Church. She was the widow of The Reverend Alfred Clinton Harrison who preceded her in death on March 16,1998. She was also preceded in death by six brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include two sons and one daughter-it-law, David and Linda Harrison of Huntsville and Mike Harrison of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; one daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and James Crow of Bella Vista; one sister, Velma Shepherd of Hindsville; two grandsons, two granddaughters, and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Oct. 20, it the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with Jim Poole, Eulogist, Ministers Travis Martin and Johnny Case officiating. Interment was held in the Bohannan Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home of Huntsville. Pallbearers were Donovan Villines, Scotty Shepherd, Don Crow, Bobby Laid, Wilfred Laird and Paul Harrison. Honorary pallbearers were Mark Island, Kenny Shepherd and Dwight Laird.
