Robert Lynn Flippin, 58

Robert "Bobby" Lynn Flippin, 58, a resident of Cotter passed away Thursday, June 13, 2013, at his residence.

He was born August 3, 1954, in Gassville to Russell and Lois Morrison Flippin. Mr. Flippin was a guide on the White River for many years and enjoyed both hunting and fishing. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Cheryl Annette Flippin.

Survivors include four brothers and sisters-in-law; Russell Lee "Mikey" and wife Barbara Flippin of Cotter, Howard W. "Tooter" and wife Barbara Flippin of Mountain Home, Gary E. and wife Paula Flippin of Gassville and Tony C. and wife Jodi Flippin of Gassville; two sisters and brother-in-law, Linda Knight of Mountain Home, Patty and husband Leon Sindlinger of Viola and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Mikey, Tooter, Gary and Tony Flippin , Keith Knight and Doug Flippin. Honorary Pallbearers will be Virgil Wilbur, Leon Sindlinger, Michael Flippin, Greg Knight, Bobby Tolliver, Dylan Gamble, Mark Williams and the Cotter Trout Dock Crew.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m-2:00 p.m. Monday, June 17, 2013, at the Conner-Hankins Funeral Home.
