Janie Geneva Bibler, 74, of Russellville, Arkansas, died Friday, April 13, 2007 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville, Arkansas. The daughter of Jay Troy and Tincie Ann Duvall, she was born October 15, 1932 in Atkins, Arkansas. She was in management with Continental Telephone Company for 36 years. She was a member of the Russellville graduating class of 1949 and the First Free Will Baptist Church of Russellville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband David Robert Bibler; one brother, Thomas Lee Duvall.

Survivors include one son, David Michael & wife Beng Choo of Dover; one grandson, David Nigel Bibler of Fayettville, Arkansas; one sister, Bettye Veit of Fort Smith, Arkansas; two nephews, Keith Veit & wife Patricia of Springdale, Arkansas; Robert Veit & wife Mary Beth of Zionsville, Indiana; great nephews, Ryan Veit & William Veit of Zionsville, Indiana; Conner Veit of Springdale, Arkansas; Kyle Veit of Springdale, Arkansas; one niece, Carolyn Duvall of Mineral Springs, Texas; sister-in-law, Dorothia Duvall of Dallas, Texas.

Funeral was 10:00 a.m Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at the First Free Will Baptist Church. Pastor Billy Ellis will officiate. Burial was in Rest Haven Memorial Park at Russellville, by Humphrey Funeral Service.
