Lucille Ann (Konert) Fischer 90 of Paris, Arkansas died Thursday, May 21, 2009 in Paris. Lucille was born August 11, 1918 in Brown Town Community in Scranton, Arkansas to Joseph and Cecilia (Irber) Konert. She was a Seamstress for 25 years for Paris Manufacturing, she loved to fish and The St Louis Cardinals. Lucille was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church she was a member of the Mothers Society and a active member of the Catholic Womens Union of Central Arkansas.
Lucille is survived by one son; Joe Fischer of Ratcliff, AR and his wife Debbie, two daughters; Betty Gray of Dover, AR and her husband Jennings, Linda Fogley of Springdale, AR and her husband Doug, ten grandchildren; Heather Chambers of Booneville, Kesha Fischer of Ft. Smith, Keely Fischer of Ratcliff, Keith Gray of Dardanelle, Jennifer Gray , Julia Moore of Bentonville, Velma Boyle of Celina TX. Stacy Mitchum of Charleston, Cassie Kelley of Springdale, Doug Fogley II of Springdale Arkansas. Five great-grandsons and four Great-granddaughters, two sisters Loretta Zimmer of Ft. Smith and Cecelia Wall of Mason, Ohio.
Other survivors are one brother-in -law Theron Wright of New Blaine, four sisters-in-law; Anne Konert of Paris, Sally Konert of Ft. Smith, Rose Mary Cauthron and Josephine Fischer of Paris,
Lucille is preceded in death by her husband of 61years Joseph Fischer, three sisters; Stella Worden, Bernadine Meyers and Helen Wright, five brothers Lawrence, A.M "Doc", Bill, Robert and Anthony Konert.
Rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 22, 2009 at Roller Funeral home in Paris Arkansas.
Funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2009 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paris, Arkansas with burial at St Joseph Cemetery, under the direction of Roller Funeral Home-Paris.
Pallbearers will be Doug Fogley II, Keith Gray, Donnie Mitchum, Dustin Kelley, Heath Chambers, Lyndell Moore and John Boyle.
