The announcement of the sudden death of Mrs. Ellen Kimberling last week brought sincere regret to many hearts. After serious sickness last summer it seemed that she had entiely recovered and on the day of her demise appeared unusually well and happy. Her funeral was conducted at the Christian Church by Rev. H.M. Gilmore, pastor, Sunday afternoon in the presence of a large audience. Burial was had in the city cemetery. We join with many others in expression of sympathy with the children of the bereft of a kind, devoted mother.

Mrs. Frank Stout of Jonesboro, and Jesse Clem of Anderson, Ind., daughter and brother of Mrs. Wm. Kimberling, attended the latter's funeral last Sunday.
