Genevia Potter Green, 77, of Mtn. View, Arkansas entered into rest on January 28, 2012 at the Stone County Medical Center.
She was born July 17, 1934 in Greene County, Arkansas to Ezra and Opal (Jackson) Potter.
She was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She is survived by her sons; Larry Green and Gary Green and wife Bernice all of Mtn. view; daughters, Judy Watts of Marshall, Kathy Ward of Blytheville and adopted daughter Beverly McCoy and husband Jeff of Big Flat, brother, Affiedon Potter, sisters; Lenore Favar, Betty Woods, eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ezra and Opal Potter, husband Ulis Green.
Visitation is 6 – 8 p.m., Sunday, January 29, 2012 at Roller Crouch Chapel, Mtn. View.
Graveside Service is 2 p.m., Monday, January 30, 2012 at Fifty Six Cemetery, Fifty Six, Arkansas with Bro. Bill Whitfield officiating and interment in Fifty Six Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Alan Ford, Tony Miller, Jarrod Watts, Shane Ward, Duane Green and Nathan Green. Honorary Pallbearers are Robert Woods and Leon Kimbrell.
