Thursday, March 24, 1927
CARR, Bob - Bob Carr, 63 years old, died Monday evening at his home at War Eagle after a long illness. Funeral services were held at the home at War Eagle yesterday morning at 11 o'clock and burial was in the Rogers cemetery in the afternoon. Mr. Carr had lived on War Eagle for many years and was one of the best known citizens in that section. He is survived by his wife and one daughter, Kathryn; four sisters, Mrs. R.S. Rice, Mrs. Clara Owen and Mrs. J.T. Cottingham of Rogers and Mrs. Pete Stringfield of Danville, Ark. and one brother, Harvey Carr.
