Billy Mann, 70, of Van Buren, Arkansas died Wednesday, October 13, 2004, in a local hospital. He was a retired dispatcher for the City of Van Buren and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He touched the lives of everyone he met and was a special person.

Funeral was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 16, 2004, at Ocker Memorial Chapel with burial at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, four daughters, three sons, and their spouses, three sisters, two brothers,, 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Betty Lou Mann, 75, of Van Buren left this earth to be with the love of her life on Wednesday October 31, 2012 in her home.

She was a mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her. She touched the lives of everyone she met; she loved with all her heart and was a great role model to many. She was a housewife and of the Baptist Faith.

She was greeted in heaven by her husband of 60 years Billy Joe Mann, a daughter Jodie Mann, three sisters, two brothers and two great grandchildren.

She is survived by three daughters Teresa Mann, Lisa Ruiz and her husband Johnny Ruiz, Misty Jones all of Van Buren; three sons Jesse Mann and his wife Vicky of Van Buren; Tommy King and his wife Peggy of Fort Smith, Gene King of Fort Smith; Six Sisters, Two Brothers, Eleven Grandchildren, Michelle Parker, Codey Mann, Tobey and Steven King, Meagan King, Miranda and Michael Bright, Bryan Fry, Justin Smith, Haleigh Jones and Makayla Jones and Eight Great Grandchildren.

Funeral service will be graveside, Saturday, November 3rd, 2012, 11:00am at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren with Reverend Kevin Johnson officiating.
