CENOTAPH
On the back of the Cenotaph marker for George and Nellie Shelton Schneider in the Elizabeth Cemetery is the following inscription:
Though George and Nellie spent most of their lives in California where they are buried, their home was always here in Elizabeth, Arkansas. The people of Elizabeth are grateful for their generous bequest to the cemetery.
