Bud Parmenter, 56, of Cedarville died Tuesday, July 10, 2001, in Cedarville. He was an Army veteran of Vietnam and a retired fork lift operator from Capco Inc. in Van Buren. He was a member of Dora Pentecostal Church of God. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Dyer Cemetery in Dyer. He is survived by his wife, Sue; a daughter, Debra Parmenter of Cedarville; a son, Keith Parmenter of Cedarville; his mother, Myrtle Parmenter of Van Buren; three sisters, Margaret Jones of Chester, Dorothy Belcher and Betty Holbrook, both of Van Buren; two brothers, Curtis Parmenter of Van Buren and Gary Parmenter of Cedarville; two grandchildren. Pallbearers will be James Smith, Clifford Bentley, Eddie Joe Holloway, James Lamproe, Jeff Edwards and Ronnie Cook. Times Record Online
